PLAYS
THE DINOSAURS (6W)
A group of women tell each other stories as time passes by.
THE INTERVIEW (3M / 1W)
In the dead of winter, Robert puts the finishing touches on his documentary about queer men. As he assembles the stories of others, the fabric of his own life's narrative begins to unravel.
THE GOLD ROOM (2M / 1 TELEVISION)
Two men pursue intimacy while slipping from identity to identity, relationship to relationship, room to room.
HOME CHURCH PLAY: A FAMILY TRIPTYCH MEANT FOR THE STAGE (6M / 4W)
Over on that grassy lawn, five families sit in ten lawn chairs. They eat casseroles, sing hymns, and play games of Pictionary. As the End of the World approaches, they begin to question their belief in God and in each other.
Panel Two: Kid (fka Where Have You Gone)
Kid's life implodes and he returns home, but home isn't like he remembered it, and no one's speaking the same language. He goes back to the city. He starts over. He gets lost. He starts again. And all that running he's been doing, it's catching up to him, colliding who he thought he was with who he thinks he's becoming.
Panel Three: Dad
After 38 years, Dad's starting the last chapter of his life and selling the family car wash. Elliot, the new buyer, is learning the ropes. Time has slowed down, forcing Dad to contemplate his crumbling marriage, his son's departure, and how to hold onto memories clouded by an oncoming storm.
RESTAURANT IN D MAJOR (5M/5W)
"Hello. How are you? I'll be taking care of you this evening. Any restrictions I should know about? Anything you're afraid to consume?" Hoping to escape his life in the Outside World, Jacob has joined the team at Restaurant, and with every new table comes the chance to start over.
THE THIRD RAIL (2M/2W)
Anna saw Sam die. Joe split up with Sam before he died. Denise loves Anna. And Tom just moved to the city. Modern grief unfolds when everyone keeps bumping into each other and spilling out the truth.
